Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. bill rates are based on NCCI classifications established by the Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation. This allows us to price our services in line with actual costs and provides significant savings over our competitors' “one rate fits all” mentality. As the employer, Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. pays all employer mandated taxes and liabilities including:

• State and Federal Unemployment taxes
• Worker's Compensation taxes
• Social Security taxes
• Plus all recruiting, selection and processing costs
